At Tern, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right through a quick exchange or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
